# Billing

> Manage credits, subscriptions, and payment methods.

Revisory uses a credit-based billing model. Credits are consumed for AI analyses.

## Opening billing

1. Click **Organization** in the sidebar
2. Select the **Billing** tab

  Billing is at the organization level, not per user.

## Credit balance

At the top, you'll see your current balance:

* **Available Credits:** Usable for analyses
* **Usage this month:** Credits used since the 1st of the month

## Buying credits

1. Click **Buy Credits**
2. Choose a package or enter a custom amount
3. Click **Proceed to Payment**
4. Complete the purchase with Stripe
5. Credits are added immediately

## Subscription

With a subscription, you automatically receive credits monthly at a discounted rate.

### Starting a subscription

1. Click **Manage Subscription**
2. Choose a plan
3. Enter your payment details
4. Confirm the subscription

### Changing or canceling a subscription

1. Click **Manage Subscription**
2. You'll be redirected to the Stripe customer portal
3. Here you can switch plans or cancel

  When you cancel, your credits remain usable until the end of the billing period.

## Invoices

Find all invoices in the Stripe customer portal:

1. Click **View Invoices**
2. Download individual invoices as PDF

## Payment methods

Accepted payment methods:

* Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
* SEPA direct debit (for subscriptions)

## Referral program

Invite others and earn bonus credits:

1. Go to **Billing** → **Refer**
2. Copy your referral link
3. When someone registers through your link, both parties receive credits
