Opening billing
- Click Organization in the sidebar
- Select the Billing tab
Billing is at the organization level, not per user.
Credit balance
At the top, you’ll see your current balance:- Available Credits: Usable for analyses
- Usage this month: Credits used since the 1st of the month
Buying credits
- Click Buy Credits
- Choose a package or enter a custom amount
- Click Proceed to Payment
- Complete the purchase with Stripe
- Credits are added immediately
Subscription
With a subscription, you automatically receive credits monthly at a discounted rate.Starting a subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
- Choose a plan
- Enter your payment details
- Confirm the subscription
Changing or canceling a subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
- You’ll be redirected to the Stripe customer portal
- Here you can switch plans or cancel
When you cancel, your credits remain usable until the end of the billing period.
Invoices
Find all invoices in the Stripe customer portal:- Click View Invoices
- Download individual invoices as PDF
Payment methods
Accepted payment methods:- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- SEPA direct debit (for subscriptions)
Referral program
Invite others and earn bonus credits:- Go to Billing → Refer
- Copy your referral link
- When someone registers through your link, both parties receive credits
