Revisory supports teamwork: invite colleagues and collaborate on documents and analyses.

Inviting a member

  1. Click Organization in the sidebar
  2. Select the Team tab
  3. Click Invite Member
  4. Enter the email address
  5. Choose the role (Member, Admin, or Owner)
  6. Click Send Invitation
The invited person receives an email with a link to register or join.
Invitation links are valid for 7 days. After that, you’ll need to send a new invitation.

Roles and permissions

Member

The default role for team members. Can upload documents, create categories, and run analyses.

Admin

Extended permissions for team management. Can invite members, change roles, and edit organization settings.

Owner

Complete control over the organization. Can delete the organization and transfer ownership. Every organization has at least one Owner.

Changing a role

  1. Go to OrganizationTeam
  2. Find the member in the list
  3. Click on the current role
  4. Select the new role
You cannot downgrade your own role. Another Owner or Admin must do this.

Removing a member

  1. Go to OrganizationTeam
  2. Click the menu (three dots) next to the member
  3. Select Remove
  4. Confirm the action
Removed members immediately lose access. Their created documents and analyses are preserved.

Pending invitations

Under Team, you can also see pending invitations. You can:
  • Resend invitations
  • Revoke invitations
